Dinky!

Dinky, our pet turtle, makes me happy. For the first several months, he amazed us all with how active he was. Every time I glanced his way, he was always busy swimming swimming swimming!
Last weekend it was warm out, so while I cleaned Dinky’s tank, the twins supervised his romp through our backyard. The little fella seemed to really enjoy the grass, as well as the sun. Ever since that afternoon, Dinky has been spending more time perched atop his rocks basking in the light of the heat lamp.
Dinky makes me smile.
