LazyWeb Request: GNU/Linux Flickr Uploader

Lazyweb request: I desperately want a bulk Flickr uploader for GNU/Linux.

There exist libraries for perl and python, but neither of these are quite what I want. Ideally, I’d like a Konqueror plugin (although Carina would want a Nautilus plugin), though I could live with a stand-alone application, that allows me to flag photos for upload, then prompts me for the tags to assign to all those photos, then uploads them all in one go.
