In-Series 1.7

Announcing In-Series version 1.7!

This is a very modest update. The two new features are:

Case insensitivity for series names.

Previously, a series named "My Really big Series" was considered distinct from a series named "My Really Big Series". Now In-Series internally handles all series names in lowercase.

Per-author constraints.

When looking for posts in a series, In-Series will now only look for posts in that series written by the same author. This is primarily of use to multi-author blogs where each author might be making series with the same name.

No other changes have been made, so upgrading to this version should be as easy as replacing the in-series.php file!
