Diana wants to know whether the “popular” crowd from high school blogs.
If they do, I think they probably use MySpace. ;)
I think the “popular” people aren’t drawn to blogging because they don’t feel anything special about “connecting” with people. They were used to doing that all along. The misfits and outcasts grew up hungry for meaningful connections. Many of them spent years eager for a peer group, and that was a defining element of their developmental years – it’s not the kind of thing that just disappears when you reach adulthood. So they’re the ones who see blogging as something important.
